British Heart Foundation
A wide selection of leaflets can be downloaded from the website. Topics include all aspects of heart disease and treatment, dietary and other lifestyle guidelines. Royal Voluntary Service
Royal Voluntary Service (formerly WRVS) supports older people throughout Britain through a variety of community and hospital based services.
